"Their new telescopic mascara is junk. The wond is so flimsy."
The telescopic mascara is junk. The brush is so flimsy. It's hard to get back into the tube. The bristles on the brush are so small. You end up poking yourself in the eye. Very very disappointing. Used it twice. Throw it away.

"Amazing Product"
I very recently tried the loreal shampoo and conditioner and it left with soft, silky, smooth hairs. I had tried many products but after two day of hair wash my scalp produce lot of oil but after trying loreal I have got such amazing results. Would like to try some more samples.

"L'Oréal Féria hair color"
I have been using L'Oréal hair dye platinum, blonde, blonde, and also extra light blonde and I love this product and sometimes the stores just don't have enough of it are usually go to CVS so thank you for bringing this product to the market

"Performance Promises"
Your products are not for everyone. I stop using Olay to try out L'oreal. Your cleansers, moisturizers are too thick and remain on face after washing off. Makes you look pale and ashy. Definitely not for darker skins. Do not like the fragrance in products which does not indicate on packaging. Will go back to Olay. Unfortunately, I can't return product. No need to add image. I don't have my receipts from Walgreens. I bought night cream, day moisturizer and cleanser.

"Animal testing"
If you didn't know, L'Oreal use animal testing for their products. So the question is:

Do you want to use product who test on animals?
Do you want, that animals live in a cage, because your product?
Do you want that they torture animals and kill them?

It's your choice, but choose precisely.

"Poor customer service"
I purchased the Ever Strong Thickening Shampoo for $8.99. When I went to use in in the shower nothing came out the top, but the bottom seam was completely opened and the entire bottle had squeezed out onto the shower floor. I sent a picture of the bottle and the opened seam to L'Oreal and requested a replacement. They said my picture didn't show the lot number (not on the tube anywhere) and they would need more pictures and a copy of the receipt. I had not saved the receipt, or I would have returned it to the store. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON L'OREAL ANYMORE.

"Overrated mascaras"
Their mascaras are really overrated. I don't know why people keep talking about them. I bought Air Volume and Lash Paradise just a few weeks ago and it has already dried out.

"L'Oreal in infallible pro line eyeliner"
I love the colors in this eyeliner unfortunately it's an eyeliner pencil every time you go to sharpen it it just keeps breaking off I waste over half of the pencil just trying to get it sharpened. I have bought two new sharpeners and still the same result I wish this product was not in a pencil but in a mechanical one.

I usually use excellence dark blonde and love it. i recently saw excellence age perfect and decided to try it. the hair color on the box light soft neutral brown looked beautiful. what a shock when i used it... my hair is so dark i can't stand it. i called and talked to a rep and she was very helpful and kind in answering my question as to how soon i can recolor to lighten my hair. unfortuanately i have to wait 4 weeks. i feel like i need to put a bag over my head to go out, it looks so awful. the rep told me this particular type does make the hair darker. you should have that on the box. the picture on the box is very deceitful. i would be very happy if my hair turned out like the color on the box.

I just colored my hair with excellence age perfect # 9g (light soft golden blonde). my original hair color was a darker golden blonde. i used this because it was a bit lighter and thought it was match my roots more. the hair color i got was very ashy!! i have a golden complexion so it looks really bad. do you have a produce that i could tone this more golden or streak it with lighter shading?
